Average shipping time varies from 8 to 14 days. Depending on the destination country it can take up to 4 weeks.

If your package has been lost, has not arrived after 4 weeks or is damaged, please contact me immediately (only applies to trackable packages). Provide your email, order number and include photos of the damage on the items/package. Damaged packages can be refunded up to 35€. In some cases I can also offer a replacement for the items. If there is anything else wrong with your package or order, please also feel free to contact me and we will find a solution!
