Average shipping time varies from 8 to 14 days. Depending on the destination country it can take up to 4 weeks.

If your package has been lost (has not arrived after 4 weeks) or damaged, please contact me immediately. Provide your email/order number and include photos of the damage on the items and package. Damaged packages can be refunded up to 35€. In some cases I can also offer a replacement for the items. If there is anything else wrong with your package or order, please also feel free to contact me and we will find a solution!
